Pippins is located in sought after Constantine Bay. The narrow site originally housed a dwelling reaching the end of its economic life. We were appointed to design a new 3 bedroom dwelling to fit within the challenging constraints of the size and shape of plot.

Pippins is deceptively spacious and full of natural light. The house makes the most of its magnificent panoramic sea view across the surrounding coastline from Constantine to Mother Ivy’s Bay, and the nearby golf course.
