The site is located in Kenwyn a short walking distance from the city centre of Truro.

We assessed the development potential of a parcel of land on behalf of our client. Following our development appraisal and a positive pre application enquiry Atelier 3 Architects continued to prepare detailed planning  for 5 dwellings. We successfully secured planning permission and building regulation consent. Our services continued to provide site support during the construction phase working alongside the contractors and subcontractors to deliver this bespoke scheme of contemporary houses.

The properties were carefully designed to respond to the sloping topography of the site and consisted a mix of three, four and five-bedroom contemporary executive-style detached houses on generous plots.  The site is in a elevated position which enjoys panoramic city and rural views in which our scheme sensitively responded. The high quality development features natural stonework, cedar cladding, metal standing seam roofs, vaulted ceilings, bifold doors, open-plan living areas and feature fireplaces with wood burners.
