106 Unit Housing Development Gloweth Phase 3, Truro, Cornwall

We were appointed by a private developer to prepare a Building Regulation Package to obtain an Unconditional Building Regulation Approval for 106 Residential Units. This development is for the 3rd Phase of Gloweth, situated near the centre of Truro and comprises of a mixture of Town Houses, Apartments and Affordable Housing.

The aim was to achieve a high building quality through pre-fabrication, repetition and to incorporate the latest solar thermal technology.

The Building Regulation Package was fast tracked and approved within 3 months.
