Contemporary New dwelling in AONB, Fowey

We were appointed by a private client to design a high quality contemporary and sustainable dwelling.
The relationship and impact of the proposal on the Local and wider environment especially the AONB were paramount in the design process.

A green roof system is proposed with scantle slate and timber cladding
The design maximises the views towards the sea using slimline aluminimum glazing systems.

The scheme has gained full residential planning consent and is currently under construction.
