Rose in Vale Hotel, Mithian, St Agnes, Cornwall

We were approached to contract administer the extension of the award winning Grade 2 Listed Hotel nestled in its own valley.

The extension designed prior to our involvement provides additional guest suites, owners accommodation and a function room.

We worked closely with the client and contractor responding to site queries, detailing and administering the project on site. The project completed in 2011 and is one of the finest hotels in the county and we are proud to have been involved with its success.
