The original property was in a very dilapidated state and had been deemed uninhabitable. The brief was for a replacement dwelling that would become a permanent home.
Atelier 3 has provided full architectural services and achieved Planning permission at the first attempt through a delegated decision. Atelier 3 prepared the detailed Building Regulations, Tender and Construction packages for the project and is providing on site support and Contract Administration.
Construction completed in 2015 , and provides a family home that is highly sustainable that respects its locality and uses a simple local palette with a modern twist.
