Fowey CIC is committed to providing a multifunctional community facility for Fowey and the River Fowey area. Atelier 3 ltd has assisted the Committee of Fowey CIC by providing Architectural guidance whilst preparing a sketch scheme for a proposed centre at the site of the Fowey Library.

The proposal would include a multiuse theatre capable of staging travelling theatre productions, community productions and film evenings, along with numerous flexible meeting rooms to be used by community groups such as Fowey Gig Club as well as facilities for visiting yachts. The proposal would enable the sustainable upgrade of the Library facilities and a focus for the future regeneration of the Caffa Mill area of Fowey.
