CPD Policy :

The Directors of Atelier 3 Ltd understand the importance of keeping up to date with technical advancements and changes to Legislation. The Directors also appreciate that all aspects of learning will enhance the position and reputation of Atelier 3 Ltd within the marketplace.

At the beginning of each year all employees must complete, in conjunction with the CPD Manager either their governing body Training Plan or the Atelier 3 Ltd Training plan. This will set out the employees Development aims and Planned Activities for the forthcoming year. As part this process the employee and the CPD Manager will review the individual Development aims for the previous year and whether they have been achieved.
