Extension to a Privately owned Manor House, Newquay.

Our client had quickly out grown their home and wanted a proposal that improved the visual balance and aesthetics of the existing Manor House whilst addressing their specific requirements for a traditional but modern family home.

The proposal includes a strategic review and remodelling of the existing Manor House with extensions that provide new family areas, a master bedroom suite and an underground home cinema.

Through careful detailing and the use of quality materials the extensions and remodelling have gained a delegated Full Planning Approval and the scheme has been fast tracked through Building Regulations and Tendering so that the Main Contractor is currently on site.
