Residential Barn Conversion, North Cornwall

Atelier 3 Ltd have provided their client with Architectural services and a SAP Assessment to obtain full residential planning consent. The conversion is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The conversion boasts high levels of insulation, solar panels,
and an efficient wood burning stove to deliver a highly sustainable traditional home.


The scheme has recently gained full residential planning consent and the project is currently under construction and is due to be completed Winter 09. Please see the work in progress photos above.
